I unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time, especially for any custom orders.
However, if I have made a mistake I will absolutely except returns or exchanges. Please let me know right away if there has been a problem with your order and I'll work quickly to correct it.

Shipping Updates:
Shipping is through USPS and comes with a unique tracking number as well as notification when your item has shipped. All orders are packaged and shipped in the order that they are received. Orders can take anywhere between 2-3 business days to ship. You are always promised 100% attention, intention in every product.
Once an order is in the hands of USPS it is their responsibility to deliver the package safely to you. I am not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. Please be sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order to ensure efficient delivery.
